AO Globe Life is hiring Entry Level Insurance Sales Agents for a full-time remote opportunity with structured mentorship and daily leadership support on Zoom. No prior insurance or sales experience is required. If you are coachable, dependable, and motivated by goals, you can bring your experience from another industry and learn the role with support.

We serve working families through relationships with unions, associations, credit unions, and existing policyholders. You will help clients understand and purchase life, accident, and supplemental health insurance, using leads provided at no cost.

What you will do

• Arrange and conduct virtual client appointments over Zoom.
• Ask questions to understand client needs and present suitable coverage.
• Sell permanent life insurance and supplemental health and accident protection.
• Complete applications, follow up on underwriting requirements, and keep organized records.
• Participate in coaching, apply feedback, and build consistent sales habits.

Training and leadership development

Receive direct coaching, structured mentorship, and daily leadership support as you develop your sales skills. Build your skills as an insurance producer, with opportunities to progress into leadership as you meet qualification requirements. AO’s producer and leadership pathways support development in personal sales, coaching, recruiting, and training a team. Advancement is based on meeting the applicable performance and development requirements.

No prior insurance or sales experience is required. Candidates must hold the required provincial life insurance licence or be willing to complete LLQP and obtain it. Licensing support is available through preferred Canadian course providers at discounted rates if needed.
