Junior Inside Sales Rep

Job Responsibility:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, from order entry to customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various team members to provide essential support and coordination throughout the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities:

Sales Assistance:

• Engage in cold calling activities to identify potential leads and expand the client base.
• Provide post-installation support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by providing assistance in various marketing initiatives.

Order Process Coordination:

• Initiate and oversee the process of site surveys, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with the warehouse department to promptly address any inventory delays.
• Follow up on Weekly Release Dates (WRD) to track progress and address any challenges.

Client and Installer Communication:

• Act as a liaison between clients and installers to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
• Coordinate installation schedules and update relevant parties on progress.
• Address any delays, service issues, or other concerns that may arise, working towards prompt resolutions.

Administrative Support:

• Manage and oversee collections, ensuring timely payment from clients.
• Monitor site readiness, assisting in ensuring all prerequisites are met for successful installations.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).

Other Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite required

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, tools or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasional travel is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
