Flexspring is the leading expert in data integration for HR applications. We seek an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our all-star Sales team. If you love to proactively solve problems, flawlessly plan and execute projects, collaborate with a young, motivated, and diverse team, and work in a fast-paced environment, then we would like to meet you.
Sell data integration solutions to HR professionals who want to streamline their department’s workflow.
- Qualify and sell to the high volume of inbound integration leads coming in daily to Modulus Data.
- Support a National Sales Director in closing large, enterprise integration deals.
- Build a pipeline of prospects by reaching out to HR departments via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to let HR and IT professionals know about our data integration solutions.
- Record details about client interactions in Salesforce.

2 years experience in business development, lead generation, or sales—ideally with a software as a service (SaaS) or technology company.
- Enjoy connecting and talking over the phone with decision-makers.
- HR business process knowledge from selling software or technology to HR departments.
Comfortable explaining complex technology in simple ways to non-technical HR professionals.
French, Spanish, Arabic or any other languages.
