AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Advisors who enjoy listening, explaining information clearly, and helping working families choose coverage that fits their needs. Bring your customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience to a role with company-provided leads, training, and ongoing support.

You will meet with clients virtually to discuss life insurance, including whole life coverage, and supplemental health and accident protection. Our work primarily serves union and association members, credit union members, and working families.

What you will do

• Contact prospective clients using leads provided at no cost and arrange appointments over Zoom.
• Ask questions to understand each family’s needs and explain suitable insurance options.
• Present and sell coverage, help clients complete applications, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain organized records and provide ongoing client support.
• Participate in coaching and develop consistent sales and communication skills.

What you bring

• Strong listening skills and clear spoken and written English.
• A professional approach, reliable follow-through, and openness to coaching.
• Confidence using a computer, email, and video meetings.
• A provincial life insurance licence, or willingness to complete LLQP and obtain the required licence.

Applicants must reside in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Newfoundland and Labrador and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
