We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and we’re looking for a motivated Remote Sales Consultant to join our team.

The Role

Working remotely, you’ll manage warm customer enquiries, build relationships, answer questions and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and close bookings

• Build strong customer relationships

• Understand and respond to customer needs

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Manage sales activity through our CRM

• Resolve customer queries professionally

• Consistently achieve sales targets

What We Offer

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE R25,000+ per month

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

2. Professional written and verbal English

3. Proven ability to work independently

4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

5. Resilient and comfortable with rejection

6. Proven success in phone-based sales

7. Target-driven with a history of achieving results

8. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

9. CRM experience

10. Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills

11. Own reliable laptop or desktop
