B2C Sales Consultant

We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning , and we’re looking for a confident B2C Sales Consultant to help turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The Role

You’ll manage warm customer leads from initial enquiry through to booking, understand their requirements, recommend the right service and maximise every sales opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings

• Build rapport and understand customer requirements

• Recommend suitable cleaning services

• Follow up with prospective customers and maximise conversion

• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We Offer

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000+ per month)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

• Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally

• Proven success in phone-based sales and achieving targets

• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and client data

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• Own reliable laptop or desktop
