Commercial Sales Director at Element

Drive business success as a Commercial Sales Director at Element, a remote role in Canada focused on client acquisition and relationship development. Bring your consultative selling skills and executive presence to redefine fleet management. In this pivotal role, you will generate new business opportunities and elevate client relationships on the Commercial Sales team. With at least 7 years of B2B solution sales experience, you will lead complex opportunities and align Element’s solutions with client needs. Your ability to navigate C-suite discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams is essential for achieving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities in target segments
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Lead sales from discovery to implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deal execution
• Conduct executive-level discussions with stakeholders Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 7+ years in complex B2B sales environments
• 5+ years in sales or fleet management
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
