Commercial Director Role in Toronto

• Design and implement annual sales plans and growth initiatives
• Ensure revenue and cash flow targets across P&L
• Lead teams to foster alignment with company values
• Manage relationships with distributors and agencies
• Oversee marketing strategies aligned with market needs Requirements:
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience
• Bachelor’s in Business; MBA preferred
• Experience in managing sustainable business growth
• Background in CPG or FMCG industries
• Robust financial and presentation skills Drive innovation and market expansion as Commercial Director in Toronto.
