Director of Fraud Strategy for Commercial Banking

Lead the future of fraud prevention with a key role in our Commercial Banking team. As Director of Fraud Strategy, you'll shape robust controls and modernize fraud responses across all banking channels. In this pivotal leadership position, you'll direct fraud strategy across diverse commercial banking channels, utilizing advanced analytics and technologies. You will implement sophisticated controls against various fraud risks, including account takeovers and credential compromises, while guiding a team of specialists in fraud management. Your expertise in cybersecurity and risk management will ensure comprehensive governance frameworks and performance metrics are established. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the fraud strategy for all banking access channels
• Lead development of authentication and entitlement governance
• Design controls for mitigating account takeover and social engineering
• Drive modernization initiatives using AI‑driven analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security measures Requirements:
• 10+ years in fraud or cybersecurity roles
• Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar fraud portfolios
• Hands-on experience with authentication controls
• Direct knowledge of commercial banking payment flows
• Strong leadership skills managing teams of 5+ professionals Oversee fraud strategy and enhance security measures while shaping a resilient banking environment.
