You will lead sales activities, oversee pipeline performance, and provide tailored coaching to enhance team development. Collaborate with segment leaders to ensure effective transitions and foster a high-performance culture in your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coaching and development of insurance producers
- Drive daily sales activities and accountability
- Provide hands-on sales training and support
- Partner with leadership for pipeline alignment
- Track and report team performance metrics
- 10+ years in commercial insurance sales
- Proven success in coaching sales producers
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian insurance market
- RIBO license required; CAIB, CIP, or CRM preferred
- Strong communication and strategic influence skills
