• Independently draft and negotiate technology agreements
• Advise on legal matters regarding emerging technologies
• Support multi-jurisdictional strategic initiatives and intellectual property
• Provide legal counsel for mergers and acquisitions
• Enhance legal efficiency through standardized documentation Requirements:
• Membership in good standing with the Ontario Bar
• Over 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of IP laws
• Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills
