Hybrid Legal Counsel for Public Company

Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate technology and licensing agreements • Advise on commercial transactions across jurisdictions • Support acquisitions, divestments, and reorganizations • Guide on privacy, IP, and compliance matters • Address additional legal needs as required

Requirements: • Called to the Bar of Ontario • 3-5 years of legal experience • Proficient in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts • Knowledge of privacy and technology law • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
