Elevate your HR career as an HR Strategist with Maersk, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and performance management strategies. This full-time position is on-site and encompasses various HR functions. As a People Partner, you will handle employee issues, conduct investigations, and advise managers on HR policies. Responsibilities also include spearheading compliance with labor regulations and managing the performance management process. By being integral to the HR team, you'll help maintain a respectful workplace culture within Maersk. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee investigations and recommend actions
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
- Advise management on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management and improvement plans
- Participate in training program development
- Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of HR-related experience
- PHR/SPHR Certification is a significant plus
- Expertise in employee investigations and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to support diverse employee needs
