Lead the U.S. payroll processing as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Quantum Lifecycle Partners. This hybrid position offers you the chance to ensure accurate payroll management and compliance. Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is hiring a Senior Payroll Administrator U.S. to strengthen its Human Resources and Payroll team. This role mandates expertise in U.S. payroll management, helping to streamline payroll submissions while addressing HR inquiries effectively. You’ll facilitate employee transfers and adjustments to payroll deductions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the payroll system and timekeeping setups
- Process employee transfers and changes in payroll
- Categorize and allocate hours accurately
- Prepare and submit U.S. payroll submissions
- Ensure adherence to U.S. payroll regulatory standards
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 3 years of U.S. payroll management experience
- CPP or FPC designation is an asset
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
