As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner at Canon Canada, you’ll thrive in a hybrid work environment to attract the best talent. Working under the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to address specific hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to offer presentations, leveraging both ATS and LinkedIn for engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Canada
  • Identify passive candidates through ATS and social media
  • Conduct the recruitment process from screening to offers
  • Keep ATS updated to meet reporting timelines
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
  • Expertise in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
