Maersk Customs Operations Director, Canada

Lead the Maersk Customs operations as the Area Head in Canada. Drive operational success and commercial growth while managing a large team of customs brokerage professionals. Reporting to the Area Head of Local Products, this role emphasizes managing the P&L of customs operations and ensuring a high-level service delivery. As a leader, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, improve operational efficiency, and champion performance management across teams while nurturing a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the P&L for comprehensive customs operations
- Foster partnerships with sales for commercial success
- Enhance customer retention through relationship building
- Ensure consistent and compliant service delivery
- Oversee service metrics and KPIs maintenance
- BA in a related area preferred
- Licensed Customs Broker required
- 10–15+ years in Customs Brokerage and Compliance leadership
- Proven track record in leading large teams
- Ability to operate in regulatory complexities
