Lead the National Tank Services operations at Trimac Transportation, a disruptor in the industry with an 80-year legacy. This role focuses on enhancing tank wash and fleet maintenance across North America. As the Director, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of NTS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimizing facilities for safety and efficiency. You will engage with teams to implement best practices and drive accountability throughout the organization. A strong background in industrial operations is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic goals for tank wash operations
- Oversee compliance and safety protocols
- Enhance productivity and repair quality metrics
- Manage annual budgets and capital investments
- Develop senior-level stakeholder partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in leadership roles in industrial settings
- Minimum 5 years in senior operational management
- Experience with DOT and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
