Gestionnaire de cas bilingue /Bilingual Caseworker

Cencora seeks a bilingual caseworker to provide patient and healthcare professional support through Innomar Strategies in Canada. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving administrative issues, processing cases, and escalating complex matters to specialized teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for customer calls, emails, and requests via case management systems
- Provide accurate responses to HR process and policy inquiries with limited research required
- Perform basic administrative processing, data entry, document verification, and form management
- Follow up with customers and conduct additional research until requests are fully resolved
- Escalate complex cases to level 2 specialists or level 3 center of excellence representatives
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Canadian French
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
