Cencora seeks a remote caseworker in Ontario to support reimbursement and patient access processes for pharmaceutical commercialization services. Responsibilities
- Assist reimbursement processes for timely and accurate coverage-related request handling
- Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and support communications
- Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps
- Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare support experience
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or related field preferred
