Caseworker - 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities
- Process reimbursement requests and coordinate benefits documentation to advance cases
- Resolve routine coverage issues and documentation gaps affecting patient access
- Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and support case resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare case coordination experience
- Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or customer support preferred
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple case records
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-resolution skills
