Administration & Co-Pay Assistant - 12-Month Contract

Cencora seeks an Administration & Co-Pay Assistant for a 12-month remote contract role in Ontario, Canada. The position supports patient and provider reimbursement services, involving patient follow-up, file management, claims processing, and documentation of coverage-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients on approved schedule to gather reimbursement updates and case information
• Document patient interactions, reimbursement activities, outcomes, and communications in files
• Collect, review, and record coverage, claims status, and patient access information
• Escalate coverage barriers and case-specific issues to appropriate team members
• Report adverse events and compile reimbursement data for tracking and reporting

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 1–3 years administrative experience in pharmaceutical setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Demonstrated accuracy with large-volume data processing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
