Gestionnaire de cas bilingue/Bilingual Caseworker, 1 unilingual

Cencora seeks a bilingual caseworker to provide patient and healthcare provider support through phone, email, and case management. The role involves handling HR-related inquiries, processing administrative tasks, and managing pharmaceutical patient programs remotely in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, providers, and internal stakeholders
• Document cases, track follow-ups, and maintain client communication until resolution using case management tools
• Administer case-management protocols including clinical monitoring, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting
• Conduct outbound calls to patients and providers as part of pharmaceutical patient support programs
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists and provide administrative support including data entry and document scanning

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• 1-3 years experience in HR administration, customer service, or similar casework role
• General training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
• Ability to work 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST Monday to Friday consistently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with case management databases and systems
