Responsibilities
- Process reimbursement and coverage-related requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and support communications
- Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
- Maintain detailed case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive problem-solving
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare case coordination
- Experience with reimbursement documentation and claims support workflows
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple concurrent cases
- Certification in reimbursement, patient access, or customer support preferred
Compensation: $45,900 CAD - $71,940 CAD
