Gestionnaire de cas bilingue /Bilingual Caseworker - 18 Month Contract

Bilingual caseworker role supporting patient and healthcare provider services for Cencora's pharmaceutical commercialization division. The position involves managing patient cases, handling telephone support, processing administrative tasks, and resolving client inquiries across HR and program-related services through case management protocols.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for patient, provider, and client inquiries via phone and email
- Document cases, track resolutions, and maintain records in case management systems
- Provide outbound telephone support for funding access, compliance, and patient follow-up
- Administer case protocols including clinical monitoring, adverse event reporting, and provider liaison
- Enter data into program-specific databases and route complex cases to appropriate specialists
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Experience with case management systems and patient support services
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet performance metrics
- Administrative and data entry competency
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and access programs
