Cencora seeks a caseworker to support patient and provider services through call-center programs, case management, and pharmaceutical market research initiatives. The role involves managing assigned cases, documenting activities, and providing telephone support for funding, access, and compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and cases using case-management protocols
- Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies on access and compliance issues
- Conduct clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting
- Document all activities in program-specific databases
- Implement pharmaceutical market research initiatives with physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Two-year associate degree or equivalent in business, administration, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, oral and written
- Bilingual French/English preferred
- Medical and pharmaceutical field experience preferred
