Job Overview  

As a full-time Work from Home Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative, you'll join our dedicated Roadside Assistance team to swiftly dispatch services to members in challenging situations, such as being stuck on a busy highway or alone late at night. 

With empathy and urgency, you'll ensure their safety, pinpoint their location using mapping software, and quickly send an authorized service provider to their aid. Your calming voice and positive attitude will make a significant impact, turning stressful moments into experiences of gratitude. 

This opportunity represents an existing vacancy supporting current business operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Must reside in Canada 
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age 
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least three 3 months of working experience in the customer service field 
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends 
• Must pass a background check

Key Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English will be needed to assist both French and English speaking customers. 
• Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment 
• Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding google maps or similar tools 
• Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and French is required, as the role will support both French and English speaking customers

Home Setup Requirements

• A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed 
• A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production

This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
