Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Chinese preferred) to join our energetic and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, and skilled in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role requires a proactive individual with a professional demeanor who is ready to provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks.
What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Perform office administrative tasks, such as booking meeting rooms, managing customer complaints, and assisting with company events
- Resolve distributor/customer complaints
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Post-secondary education is an asset

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week , selected from the following schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday and Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
