Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting our mission by delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
Provide feedback and insights to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
