We are seeking a self-motivated, service-driven Remote Sales and Success Representative to represent our brands, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Engage professionally and confidently to our clients who have shown interest in life and health benefit, helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide a seamless and supportive experience for new and existing policyholders
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Process applications, maintaining accurate client data
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions to continuously improve performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Organized, proactive, and a great communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
• Access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet
• Authorized to work in the U.S or Canada
