It Administrator In Toronto Office

Altis Technology

Join a team-oriented team as an IT Office Administrator at a premier commercial real estate organization in Toronto, ON. This fully onsite position emphasizes strong communication and IT coordination skills. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a vital role in the organization’s operations by managing office technology, vendor relationships, and administrative processes. An ideal fit for problem-solvers who enjoy diverse responsibilities, you will support employee engagement and ensure effective office operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee employee onboarding and hardware deployment Track office and IT asset inventories accurately Serve as primary liaison for IT service providers Provide administrative support and coordinate office supplies Help with technology procurement and invoice reconciliation Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in administration or IT support Robust aptitude for troubleshooting technology issues Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite is required Organizational and time management skills are essential Relevant postsecondary education is advantageous Leverage your skills to foster an organized and efficient workplace.
