Contribute to patient care as an Experienced Pharmacist at The Ottawa Hospital. This position in the Transitional Care Unit calls for a registered Pharmacist with a Baccalaureate of Science in Pharmacy. Responsibilities include providing guidance on medication management, mentoring pharmacy staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and care standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on pharmaceutical care
• Mentor pharmacy staff and foster skill development
• Support patient safety through quality medication management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
• Conduct teaching and training sessions as required Requirements:
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College
• Background in modern hospital care and pharmacy practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven abilities in coaching and mentorship
• Must be eligible to work in Canada Bring your expertise in pharmaceutical care and mentorship to advance patient health at The Ottawa Hospital.
