Occupational Therapist - Ottawa (Adults)

About the Role Champlain Rehab Solutions (CRS) invites Occupational Therapists to assess and provide evidence‑based interventions to clients in home, retirement home, and community settings. The role involves coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and promoting CRS core values.
Key Responsibilities Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions per professional practice guidelines and standards.
Develop and execute client interventions based on assessment information, client input, and integrated care plan.
Ensure services are evidence‑based and evaluated using valid, reliable outcome measures.
Communicate continuously with the client care team regarding plans and schedules for interventions.
Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries as required.
Support quality improvement by developing knowledge and skills aligned with CRS principles.
Participate in a weekend on‑call roster within the geographical region.
Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized school.
Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Compassionate, empathetic, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
Skilled in caseload management and electronic documentation.
Capability to provide virtual care.
Registered ADP authorizer (asset).
Compensation and Benefits Estimated annual earning potential: $80,000 – $130,000.
