Location: Canada Roles & Responsibilities

Work with project managers to lead large projects, including the creation of standard project documents such as project kick‑off decks, budget vs. actual information, and status report templates. Lead smaller projects as assigned, including working with the client to understand their needs, coordinating resources with internal resource managers, and the approval of timesheets. Anticipate and escalat[ion] communication regarding project risks, issues, and roadblocks. Setup and maintain project information in internal systems, working with sales, project management and CE team to assign project status, size, dates, and other information. Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook and DevOps and Projects. Work with project and resource managers to track current and anticipated resource assignments. Finding opportunities to streamline processes and capitalize on efficiency gains. Qualifications & Other Requirements

Graduation in Engineering or MBA or Postgraduate. Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Documentation management and ability to use project management tools. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projects. Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team. Ability to communicate effectively.
