Project Coordinator for Real Estate Investments (Montreal)

Join Belron Canada as a Project Coordinator and lead transformative real estate investment projects. This role focuses on optimizing network services across Canada, contributing to operational excellence. You will report to the Manager of Project & Maintenance within the Network Optimization team.
Your focus will be on planning, coordinating, and overseeing both CAPEX and OPEX projects nationwide. Collaborate with various stakeholders and external contractors to ensure projects are completed effectively, addressing timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage national real estate investment projects
- Develop project plans and execute efficiently
- Oversee tender processes and contractor engagements
- Track project progress while mitigating risks
- Maintain communication and updates with relevant teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Project Management or related areas
- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination
- Background in real estate or construction advantageous
- Bilingual in French and English
- Solid proficiency in project management tools
