Pre-Owned Sales Manager (Ottawa)

Key Responsibilities Manage the pre‑owned departments for both Jaguar Land Rover Ottawa and Polestar Ottawa, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Maintain and refine processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate and appraise trade‑in vehicles to ensure accurate pricing and fair value for customers.
Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations.
Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory requirements.
Prospective Candidates must have the following qualifications Proven track record in managing a successful pre‑owned department.
A robust knowledge of platforms such as AutoTrader and CarGurus.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Process‑oriented with the ability to implement and refine workflows.
High energy, driven, and results‑focused.
Proficient with technology and able to leverage digital tools effectively.
Creative marketing skills to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry partners.
