About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers in a fast‑paced fintech environment. The role involves outbound outreach, qualifying leads, maintaining records in HubSpot, and collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams. This is an early‑career opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people and wants to grow within a fintech organization.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot
Research target companies and decision‑makers within fintech, payments, and related industries
Build and manage outbound cadences and follow‑up sequences
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach effectiveness
Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation targets
Stay informed on industry trends, fintech terminology, and payment solutions
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and prospect engagement strategies
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales
Experience working in a B2B environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and follow‑through
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high‑growth environment
Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or financial services
Familiarity with payment instruments and fintech terminology
Exposure to AI tools, AI‑assisted sales workflows, or automation tools
Experience working in startups or scaling companies (50+ employees preferred)
