Your Role: Connecting Clients With Protection Options

You'll help prospective clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the next steps in the enrollment process. With scheduled appointments, product education, and continued coaching, you'll develop the skills needed to support client conversations with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct scheduled phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients.
• Discuss client needs and introduce relevant life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
• Explain product features, coverage details, and application requirements within your training and authorization.
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and necessary documentation.
• Keep client information organized and follow up on pending requests.
• Attend virtual training sessions, team meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Develop product knowledge, communication techniques, and effective sales practices.
• Obtain and maintain the insurance license required for the position.
