Connection Inc. is growing, and we're hiring a Remote Customer Success & Support Specialist to deliver a world-class client experience and help our clients succeed.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound client support requests (FreshDesk)
• Support Clients in cutting-edge AI technology (we train you)
• Make proactive outbound client check-ins via phone, SMS, and email
• Support clients inside HighLevel, including onboarding, workflows, and automations
• Help build customer "delight" and follow-up sequences
• Communicate internally via Slack
  

Required Experience
✅ HighLevel experience (REQUIRED)
✅ Strong communication, written and verbal
✅ Confident on camera for client Zoom calls
✅ Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
