Do you love helping people, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service? Have you worked in a digital marketing or mortgage environment?
Connection Inc. is growing, and we're hiring a Remote Customer Success & Support Specialist to deliver a world-class client experience and help our clients succeed.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound client support requests (FreshDesk)
- Support Clients in cutting-edge AI technology (we train you)
- Make proactive outbound client check-ins via phone, SMS, and email
- Support clients inside HighLevel, including onboarding, workflows, and automations
- Help build customer "delight" and follow-up sequences
- Communicate internally via Slack
Required Experience
✅ HighLevel experience (REQUIRED)
✅ Strong communication, written and verbal
✅ Confident on camera for client Zoom calls
✅ Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
