Business Development Manager HVAC

Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim-periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

Wij zijn op zoek naar versterking voor een sterk familiebedrijf met meer dan 90 jaar expertise in HVAC-systemen voor internationale industriële projecten. Met ambitieuze groeiplannen in België en Luxemburg willen zij hun commerciële slagkracht uitbreiden met een Business Development Manager die kansen ziet, relaties bouwt en groei realiseert.

Wat staat er op jouw agenda?

  • Actief identificeren, benaderen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten en groeikansen in België

  • Uitbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties met eindklanten en installateurs binnen grote industriële HVAC-projecten

  • Technisch-commercieel adviseren over duurzame HVAC-oplossingen en uitwerken van offertes op maat tot en met deal closing

  • Coördineren van sales- en projecttrajecten van A tot Z in nauwe samenwerking met engineering, logistiek en service

  • Proactief opvolgen van markttrends, concurrentie en klantbehoeften.

  • In ons CRM-systeem kan je de leads registreren en verder opvolgen tot de effectieve samenwerking

  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans en/of Duits is een mooie extra

  • Rijbewijs B om de klanten over heel Vlaanderen te gaan bezoeken.
