- Achieve sales goals within the shoe department

- Collaborate with buying teams on inventory representation
- Organize and run Trunk Shows to showcase new collections
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail environment
- Strong ability to develop team members and inspire excellence
- Enthusiasm for using technology in retail settings
- Retail experience in sportswear, accessories, and footwear
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer engagement
