Senior Director of Sales – Canada
Transform growth strategies with Avanade as a Senior Director of Sales in Canada. Lead complex sales cycles while managing a team to drive significant revenue outcomes. In this role, you will oversee strategic accounts and current business pursuits within the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
- Own sales outcomes for strategic accounts across Canada
- Shape go-to-market strategies with regional leadership
- Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles and proposals
- Develop executive relationships through workshops and presentations
- Manage and mentor a team of 20 Business Development Managers
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT services or digital transformation
- Proven ability to meet multi-million-dollar sales targets
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, AI)
- Robust commercial acumen and deal-shaping skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
