In this senior leadership position, you'll partner with Canada leaders and the field force to elevate Customer Facing Capabilities. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting new product launches and improving the Customer Facing Operations Team continuously. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive optimal deployment of field resources across GBUs
- Localize global policies and enhance standardization processes
- Execute field effectiveness KPIs and related tools
- Collaborate with GTMC pillars for cohesive solutions
- Support and prioritize new product launches
- 8+ years in Commercial Operations related to field force
- Proven project management experience
- Strong analytical and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English and French
