Senior Director Of Product Innovation Toronto

As a senior director, you will facilitate enterprise-level product innovation and directly contribute to the leadership agenda. Your role encompasses building a structured innovation framework, validating recent ideas through testing, and launching up to 2 new products each year. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation and governance of innovations.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in product innovation leadership
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in coaching and developing team talent
- Comprehensive understanding of P&C insurance products
