Senior Digital Product Innovation Manager

Drive digital transformation as the Associate Vice President of Digital Products at Canadian Tire. Lead innovative efforts to enhance eCommerce platforms and app functionalities through strategic oversight. This role requires a seasoned professional with over a decade of product management experience, focusing on digital products. Your strong analytical abilities will be essential for conducting competitive analyses and making informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development of eCommerce and app experiences
- Collaborate across departments to execute strategies
- Set vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analyses and gather customer insights
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 10 years in product management
- Experience with launching scalable consumer products
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
