Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic stewardship program for diverse donor tiers
- Create tailored stewardship plans with institutional leaders
- Plan and execute engagement events for donors
- Meet personally with donors to convey impact of contributions
- Collaborate on scholarship stewardship initiatives
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant management experience
- Solid ability to build relationships with donors
- Successful leadership in major gift settings
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- University degree preferred; CFRE designation is an asset
