Key Responsibilities
- Develop national B2B sales strategies for agency channel
- Strengthen relationships with travel agencies and consortia
- Drive adoption of Flair’s inventory via booking platforms
- Lead negotiations on commission structures and incentives
- Monitor program effectiveness and sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in airline or commercial sales leadership
- Proven experience in agency sales and partnership development
- Solid negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience with travel agency distribution systems
- Ability to lead high-performing sales teams
