Sales Director for Greatway Financial

- Develop annual sales plans aligned with regional objectives
- Collaborate with advisors to boost sales activities
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions
- Maintain advisor relationships and identify new opportunities
- Document sales and expenses accurately in Salesforce
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in financial services, especially in insurance
- Strong knowledge of Canadian life insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel and work from home base in Toronto
