- Own the global sales enablement strategy and roadmap
- Build impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Lead the full sales technology stack management
- Design efficient sales processes and playbook libraries
- Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Significant experience in sales enablement or similar roles
- Proficient in managing B2B sales technologies and Salesforce
- History of executing successful enablement initiatives
- Experience in a global sales capacity
- Dual strengths in strategic planning and implementation
