Sales Enablement Leader at Capco

CAPCO

Drive growth at Capco as an Associate Director of Sales Enablement, shaping persuasive sales strategies and enhancing team effectiveness with innovative technologies, including AI. Work closely with senior leaders to communicate Capco's market value clearly. As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Capco Canada's ambitions across various domains. This position requires a strong background in Sales Enablement, Proposal Management, and exceptional storytelling to develop winning strategies for high-value opportunities. Your insights will foster collaboration among domain leaders and enhance client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic pursuits and craft high-quality proposals
  • Develop impactful sales narratives and executive presentations
  • Create go-to-market propositions aligned with client priorities
  • Champion AI-enabled tools to elevate sales effectiveness
  • Evolve sales enablement frameworks and reusable assets
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles
  • Proven experience with complex RFPs and proposals
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organization
  • Consulting experience with client buying cycles
