What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic, tech‑savvy Director of Online Development & Enablement to lead our digital development efforts across the brand.com sites. This full‑time position will be based in the Head Office at Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule. The role will oversee internal developers, contractors and agency partners to deliver seamless online experiences, consistent delivery and impactful digital initiatives that align with our business priorities.

Pay Range

Base salary: $175,000 – $190,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, education and budget. Salary may vary by geographic location.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and mentor a blended team of internal developers, contractors and external agencies.
• Oversee daily technology operations of all brand.com sites to ensure stability, performance and customer experience excellence.
• Implement processes for regular maintenance, monitoring and optimization of online platforms.
• Oversee technology budgets totaling $15M–$20M in annual commitments.
• Continuously assess and optimize the tech stack to drive measurable value for the broader business.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define digital roadmaps that align with company objectives.
• Clearly communicate, track and deliver initiative timelines on time and to specification.
• Assess developer capacity and balance resources against shifting priorities and urgent business needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between technology and business teams, translating requirements into actionable development plans.
• Drive transparency in project progress, capacity and timelines through clear reporting and communication and champion agile practices to improve delivery velocity and adaptability.

Skills & Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (advanced technical certifications are a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in web development, digital technology or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Cloud Platforms, specifically Commerce, Core and Marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify Enterprise, Shopify Plus and cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and CI/CD pipelines.
